How should it go out?
Recipient
Company or last name is enough. For the address on the letter and for your records.
Letter
Recommended. Without an address sheet, the address in the document must sit exactly in the window as per DIN 5008.

Printed on the envelope. Undeliverable letters are returned there.

All prices are final prices in USD, the same in every country. Letters are always paid per item, even with a subscription. The surcharges for registered mail include the Deutsche Post fee.
What counts as a page and what as a sheet?
For faxes, every transmitted A4 page counts, and a cover page counts as one page. For letters, every printed sheet counts, and double-sided means two pages per sheet. The address sheet counts as one sheet. We do not charge for anything that does not arrive.
